New Life Restoration (NLR) is one of Brisbane’s largest restoration businesses. It delivers a range of water, fire, and mould restoration solutions, along with equipment hire and specialised decontamination and protection services. After many years of successful operations, NLR needed a brand refresh to align with its forward-thinking approach.
We were initially approached by NLR for logo design and implementation across stationery and marketing material. The new logo was based on three colours, which represented the three elements of mould, water, and fire restoration. While NLR had an existing relationship with a web development company, help was needed to position the business more effectively.
We created a capability statement for NLR in digital and hard copy formats, which was also based on three restoration activities. This powerful four-page document helped to summarise the business and reinforce the brand. The team at Living Lines compiled case study tables and icons for visual impact across the capability statement. Our copywriters presented NLR's story by highlighting its unique history, culture, vision, and community involvement.
