SBS Building Services specialises in high-quality renovations, extensions, and outdoor living areas. This family-owned business is based in Castle Hill, and it delivers a complete building service, from conceptualisation to completion. The company aims to connect with homeowners and inspire home makers across the Sydney area.

Living Lines was approached to work on a concept for a stylish new corporate brochure for SBS Building Services. To inspire new clients, new marketing material was required. Following the initial briefing meeting, we helped to identify the decision-maker for most home renovation projects. We created new designs to inspire the home maker, and refocused the brand based on the lifestyle aspirations of this target market.

We prioritised a creative 'Life and Living' feel over a typical 'Manly Building Company', which helped the business to form a new identity and connect with women as well as men. We were the architects of the design and the creators of every customer touchpoint, from a refreshed logo and brand identity through to signage, marketing material, quote template and website content. We created a new call to action: "Renovate your Tomorrow... Today", and set up an enduring relationship that has spanned seven years and counting.
